The Charis Companies seeks to acquire multi-tenant industrial, office/industrial flex, manufacturing and suburban office properties. As a value-add investor, Charis targets opportunities with vacancy or lease rollover risk, properties needing renovation and repositioning and properties that can be purchased at relative discounts to replacement cost.

 

Charis will also make acquisitions in partnership with a tenant occupant, with shared ownership that is structured to meet the goals and objectives of all participants.
