A.B. Henley, III has over 15 years of experience in the leasing, brokerage and development of commercial real estate. A licensed NC real estate broker, A.B. also holds the industry's two highest professional designations, CCIM and SIOR.

 

Prior to a career in real estate, A.B. served as President of Henley Paper Company, a regional paper and packaging distributor and worked for several years in banking and commercial finance. A.B. holds an MBA from the Kenan-Flager Business School at UNC-Chapel Hill.

 

In recent years, A.B. has successfully completed transactions with companies like American Standard, Banner Pharmacaps, Diversified Trust, Leggett & Platt, Sun Capital and others.

Stuart Nunn, Jr. has 25 years of construction management experience in North Carolina and the Triad. His relentless attention to detail, personal service and dedication have earned him the reputation for quality commercial construction in a timely and professional manner. Stuart holds his NC real estate broker license and unlimited general contractor's license.



Stuart and his team bring honesty, integrity and professionalism to every task. He has performed construction project management and executive oversight for many clients over the years, including Volvo Financial Services, Triquint Semiconductor, Highwoods Properties, Wachovia, Wake Forest University Health Sciences, Exhibit Works, Childress Klein Properties, North State Properties, RF Micro Devices, High Point Regional Hospital, La-Z-Boy and the Kenan-Flagler Business School.
